Shipping in Switzerland

We offer free tracked shipping within Switzerland. We ship our parcels via the Swiss Post. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Please bear in mind that the processing and delivery times for the Swiss Post may vary.
You are also free to come and pick up your order in person in Geneva. Send us a mail to schedule a meeting.

Shipping to Norway

I henhold til  Tolletaten, toll.no, importeres smykker og ringer tollfritt inn i Norge, men en merverdiavgift på 25% kan komme i tillegg. Prisene er oppgitt i sveitsiske franc (CHF). 1 CHF tilsvarer cirka 12,5 kroner basert på valutakursen i januar 2025. Du kan sende oss en mail på vaardal@hotmail.com for å avtale levering fra Norge hvis du ikke trenger varen med en gang.

We offer free tracked shipping worldwide. We ship our parcels via the local post. Your order will be delivered by your local postal service. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Please bear in mind that the processing and delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

Customs & Import Duties

We have no control over the custom charges in the destination country and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We sincerely hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Ensure that items are unworn and in their original packaging. If returned items are damaged we reserve the right to deny a refund.Please note that we do not accept returns for orders sent outside of Switzerland. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs

Returning your order

To return an order, please fill out the form below and we will send you a printable return label by e-mail. Please note, this is not a prepaid label. We advise using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot assume responsibility for any returned parcels that may be lost during transit.
